What are Useless URL Links? We all should know the answer of this questions if we are bloggers. If you open a link of any website or of any blog many times you have seen some errors . Some error messages are Page not found, Access denied, You have no access to this page, File not found, File does not exist or HTTP error 404 (not found). I’m talking about most seen errors of websites or blogs guys. These links can be very harmful for our blogs or websites bloggers.
For an example if you are looking for songs of an album and you searched in Google Search the name of the song (let it be ‘In The End”). After your searching Google will show you the results where this song can be found. After getting results you opened the first result and after loading of that website you found an error message that File Does Not Exist. What do you think guys, after seeing this message what will your first step? Let me guess first, you will click on exit or back button and will move to next result. Am I right guys? I think I’m obviously right. Now you are thinking that what is harmful in this. Let me tell you guys, this will increase your website’s or blog’s Bounce Rate and will decrease your Search Engine Optimization (SEO). If your website’s SEO is going down so notice this guys it never can be up.
Most of person make their blogs not for sharing their views but for their earning. Every website’s or blog’s 90% traffic is transferred by Google. If there are a lot of these types errors in your blog so slowly-slowly one day Google will stop Indexing your website. If Google stops indexing your website so I think your blog’s traffic goes 90% down. So for what reason you made your blog is not complete & never going to be complete so what is the benefit of making your blog.

Now question is that how these types errors occurs? There can be many different reasons for occurrence of these errors some of them are as follows.
- Some times when we delete some data or file from our file storage directories so we can find Not Found or Does not Exist type Link Errors.
- Some times when we delete the articles, posts or pages from our blogs that are already indexed by Google. Then at that case Page Not Found type of errors can be found.
- Some times we found HTTP error 404 (not found). This happens when you try to access the page that does not exist in web server or the page is deleted or moved to another place on web server. This can also be happen by broken links of website or blog.
- Some times when you wrote against Google Policies so you must have to remove these types of posts because if you didn’t so you can also loose your Adsense account.

How to Resolve and Remove Useless, Unwanted & Unnecessary URL Links From Google Search Results
Now I am going to discuss how to remove these type of errors. There is a famous magic tool for this guys which developed by Google. This popular tool is known as Google Webmasters Tools. Before using this tool you must have to sign up and submit your website to Google Webmasters. After submitting and logging in to your account you will find a bunch of Webmasters Tools inside.
You have to submit blog’s Sitemap and Robots.txt file to webmasters for better using. This robots.txt file will be used for removing the Unwanted URL from your website. Here are the steps for removing these URLs.
Robots.txt is a text file which is created for stopping the Google to Crawl some unnecessary areas of your blog or website. Take an example if you want Google to stop accessing the URL (updatemart.com/how-to-delete-cache-of-your-website). Then you just have to write a command following permalink of the URL inside Robots.txt document. This should be like this
